This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded, analytical marketer who enjoys turning data into actionable insights. The role will focus primarily on marketing performance reporting, campaign analysis, customer insights and data-driven decision making, while also taking ownership of email marketing campaigns and supporting wider digital marketing activity. The position is primarily remote, with travel to the Reading office approximately once per week with some occasional travel to other offices across the UK. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential. The Role As Marketing Data & Insights Executive, you will play a key role in measuring, analysing and optimising marketing performance across multiple digital channels. You will produce regular reports, develop insightful dashboards and identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness, customer engagement and return on investment. Alongside the reporting and insights function, you will manage the group's email marketing programme, delivering engaging campaigns, monitoring performance and supporting the development of automated customer journeys and segmentation strategies.
