## About the Role

* 10-15 years total experience, with 5+ years as Solution Architect
 * Proven experience in large Banking/Financial services transformation programs
 * Strong exposure to multiple domains: Payments, KYC, Billing, Treasury, Operations
 * Experience working in onshore leadership roles with offshore delivery teams

Technical & Domain Skills

 * Strong experience in event-driven architecture (Kafka, event bus, streaming platforms)
 * Expertise in Microservices, APIs, cloud-native architecture (Azure/AWS)
 * Understanding of payment ecosystems (SEPA, SWIFT, Faster Payments, ISO 20022)
 * Familiarity with CRM (Dynamics), billing, transaction monitoring, and reporting systems
 * Knowledge of TOGAF or similar architecture frameworks

## Description

Note: this position FTC (Fixed Term Contract- 1 year Duration)

Key Responsibilities

 * Own end-to-end solution architecture and HLD across all workstreams
 * Define and govern event-driven architecture patterns (Kafka/event streaming, async processing)
 * Manage cross-domain dependencies and ensure integration consistency
 * Provide architecture governance, design approvals, and stakeholder engagement
 * Partner with Integration Architect, Data Architect, and offshore Solution Architects
 * Ensure solutions meet NFRs - scalability, resilience, security, regulatory compliance
 * Lead design workshops, vendor reviews, and architecture boards
 * Maintain architecture roadmap and technical debt management
