## Description

Au sein de l'équipe support, ton rôle est d'analyser et de résoudre les incidents, aussi bien sur les aspects techniques que fonctionnels.

Tes missions :

Échanger avec les client·es, les conseiller et traduire leurs problématiques en termes techniques

Analyser et résoudre les incidents techniques et fonctionnels, du plus simple au plus complexe

Intervenir sur :

les infrastructures virtualisées

la maintenance des bases de données

le matériel d'encaissement, les infrastructures réseaux et télécoms

les logiciels d'encaissement

Accompagner les utilisateur·rices dans l'utilisation des solutions logicielles

Enrichir la base de connaissances

Collaborer avec les ingénieur·es support pour analyser et résoudre les problématiques plus complexes

Environnement technique :

Matériel, réseaux et télécoms : TCP/IP, xDSL, Cisco, Fibre, radio

Systèmes : Active Directory, Windows Server 2008 / 2016, VMware
