## About the Role

* 4+ years of experience supporting secure environments such as the DoD
 * 4+ years of experience providing Tier I, II, and III support for Windows-based systems
 * Experience supporting Windows and Linux environments in a production setting
 * Experience creating and deploying desktop operating system images and working with Microsoft Azure and DEPO services
 * Experience with basic administration of Cisco VTC or VoIP systems
 * Experience updating and managing antivirus and anti-malware products
 * Knowledge of LAN technologies, including Layer 2 switching and Layer 3 routing
 * TS/SCI clearance
 * Bachelor's degree
 * CompTIA Security+ Certification

Nice If You Have:

 * Experience with AWS services or hybrid cloud environments
 * Experience with Windows Server 2012 and 2016, Windows 11, Windows 365, and basic exchange administration
 * Experience with analytics platforms such as Power BI and Tableau
 * Experience supporting or integrating System Applications and Products (SAP) systems
 * Ability to automate tasks and support system administration through scripting
 * Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Azure Administrator, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Certification
