## About the Role

We value professionals with experience across both frontend and backend development. While you may have a stronger background in either frontend (React) or backend (Java/Spring Boot), we expect you to be comfortable contributing across the full stack when needed.

Location: Hybrid - Madrid (3 days per week onsite, Sol area)

Language: Very good command of English required

 * Work within a cross-functional team using Agile methodologies and a DevOps-centric approach.
 * Design, implement, deploy, release, and monitor applications.
 * Participate in code reviews and pull request processes.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders across different business areas to understand business needs.
 * Take part in planning and feature refinement sessions.
 * Work closely with Solution Architects to design solutions aligned with the overall architecture vision.
 * Actively contribute to Software Engineering communities, sharing knowledge and best practices.
 * Deliver high-quality code aligned with development standards and guidelines.
 * Experience in software engineering across frontend and backend environments.
 * Knowledge of React and Java Spring Boot technologies.
 * Strong understanding of TDD, BDD, automated testing, CI/CD, and DevOps principles.
 * Pragmatic, open-minded, and proactive attitude.
 * Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to contribute ideas and improvements.
 * Eagerness to learn new technologies and support transformation initiatives.
 * Pride in delivering high-quality solutions and leading by example.
 * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
