Deine Aufgaben Betreuen und überwachen der Cloud- und Kollaborationsumgebung inklusive Benutzerverwaltung und Berechtigungen Optimieren und weiterentwickeln von Diensten rund um Collaboration, Mail und Endpoint-Management Mitwirken in bereichsübergreifenden IT-Projekten und Einbringen technischer Lösungsansätze Konzipieren und betreiben standortübergreifender
Infrastrukturkomponenten wie Server, Netzwerk und Verzeichnisdienste Analysieren von Störungen und eigenständiges Durchführen von Troubleshooting Koordinieren mit internen Schnittstellen aus Technik, Einkauf und Qualität sowie Unterstützung bei Rollouts Dein Profil Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit erster Praxiserfahrung Erste Erfahrungen in der Administration von Microsoft 365 oder vergleichbaren Cloud-Plattformen Vertrautheit mit Identity- und Endpoint-Management wie Azure AD, Intune oder MDM-Lösungen Gute Kenntnisse in Server- und Netzwerkgrundlagen sowie Active Directory Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigenmotivation bei der Fehlersuche Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Deine Benefits Flexible Arbeitszeiten mit der Möglichkeit hybrider Arbeit.
