 * Bearbeitung von Klärfällen entlang definierter Prozessschritte (EMMA / CLS), beispielsweise bei Gerätezuordnungen, Gerätewechseln sowie der Pflege von Stamm- und Bewegungsdaten
 * Analyse fehlerhafter oder unvollständiger Vorgänge sowie eigenständige Korrektur oder Weiterleitung an die zuständigen Fachbereiche
 * Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen im 1st-Level-Support, beispielsweise zu Terminen, Zählerbestellungen oder allgemeinen Auskünften
 * Strukturierung und Steuerung der eingehenden Kundenkommunikation sowie übersichtliche Aufbereitung von E-Mail-Verläufen
