## Description

AI for Sustainability: Work at the intersection of ESG, data, and intelligent automation to bring AI into real sustainability workflows at Wieland. Support us in reducing manual effort and increasing consistency.
Build AI Agents: Develop prototypes and translate sustainability processes into automated routines, such as customer sustainability inquiries, ESG rating routines, document checks, and market monitoring.
Hands-on Prototyping: Explore new ideas, test approaches, and build practical solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sustainability experts, data engineers, and other teams across the organization. We welcome you to bring your perspective into our team.
