## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Firmware?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma or GED

 * Attention to detail and professionalism
 * Reliability
 * Basic IT, networking, cabling, or hardware installation experience preferred
 * Ability to work independently and follow technical instructions
 * Comfortable working in hospital or commercial environments
 * Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
 * Valid driver's license required
 * Ability to travel locally throughout the Pittsburgh region
 * Ability to bend, lift, twist, crouch, etc.

## Description

We're looking for dependable and tech-savvy individuals to assist with hardware upgrades, network equipment installations, and wireless access point replacements at various customer locations throughout the greater Pittsburgh region. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with basic IT, cabling, or installation experience who enjoy working in the field.

Shift:

 * Full-time schedule with daylight and after-hours work
 * Monday-Friday availability required
 * Occasional evenings and weekend work required

Assignment Length:

 * Approximately 3-6 months

Job Duties of the IT Installer / Technician:

 * Unbox, stage, and prepare networking hardware for installation
 * Assist with loading firmware and configuring equipment
 * Install and replace wireless access points and network equipment
 * Perform physical installation tasks including mounting, cabling, and equipment setup
 * Support post-installation testing and equipment verification
 * Track inventory and document hardware information accurately
 * Travel to customer locations throughout the region
 * Follow all customer safety, security, and site access requirements
 * Other duties as required
