Knowledge: + Healthcare payer experience in at least one domain; familiarity with Facets or similar core admin systems. + Working knowledge of HIPAA, EDI (270/271, 278, 835/837), CMS interoperability. + Knowledge of TOGAF/ArchiMate preferred. Experience: + 7-10 years in IT; 3-5+ in solution/enterprise architecture. Education and Certifications: + Bachelor's degree in Appropriate field. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 5 pounds. ## Description Base pay is influenced by several factors including a candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, and anticipated contributions to meet the needs of the business, along with internal pay equity and external market driven rates. Leads architecture for a specific business domain (e.g., Claims, Enrollment & Billing, Provider, UM/PA). Guides Agile PODs to deliver secure, scalable solutions aligned to enterprise principles, HIPAA, and payer standards (EDI X12, FHIR). Drives application rationalization and adoption of reference patterns in Azure.
