## About the Role

* Proven experience as a Training Manager or Training Lead on transformation programmes.
 * Hands-on experience with SAP environments.
 * Good understanding of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) processes and systems.
 * Experience within manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or factory environments.
 * Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.

Nice to Have

 * Experience with SAP implementation or integration projects.
 * Knowledge of change management and user adoption methodologies.
 * Experience delivering classroom, virtual, and digital learning solutions.

## Description

* Design and deliver training for key users and end users.
 * Work closely with Business Process Owners and project stakeholders.
 * Coordinate training schedules, materials, and training environments.
 * Support system validation, go-live activities, and post-launch adoption.
 * Create sustainable training documentation and knowledge-transfer materials.
