This position will abide by the hybrid/work-from-home policies for the Corporate IT team., * Thorough understanding of PowerBI architecture and capabilities such as CI/CD pipelines, data modeling, security, architecture, etc. * Experience with connecting to SQL Server databases to pull data * Strong knowledge of PowerBI dashboard development, Data Visualization concepts, ETL processes, Data Architectures, and Data Modeling. * Must have an analytical mind, be a critical thinker and problem solver. * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams. * Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment. * Proven experience working in a team oriented, collaborative environment., * Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and/or SSIS * Knowledge of Azure services, including Azure Data Lake * Experience implementing API calls * Experience with manufacturing data * Knowledge of D365 Finance and Operations data ## Description We are looking for a Senior BI Developer to join our team. Daisy Brand is modernizing its data platform and data visualization strategies from a traditional solution (SQL Server, SSIS, and Tableau) to a more modern cloud data platform using Azure SQL Managed Instance and Microsoft Fabric., Collaboration * Collaborate with subject matter experts, often in ambiguous situations, to determine business information and reporting requirements. * Foster improved alignment of technology initiatives with business strategies by building and maintaining relationships with technology teams and business partners. * Provide technical and architectural guidance to projects and teams to ensure effective reporting and analyses.
