## About the Role

Do you have experience in Workday?, We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Workday Optimization Consultant to lead the assessment, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of our Workday environment. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on professional with deep expertise across the Workday ecosystem, capable of identifying improvement opportunities and implementing scalable, high-impact solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of functional, technical, and consulting expertise, with the ability to evaluate current-state operations, streamline processes, strengthen governance, and improve overall platform performance and user experience., * Extensive hands-on experience within the Workday platform in complex enterprise environments

 * Deep expertise across:
 * Workday configuration
 * Business process design and optimization
 * Security administration and governance
 * Reporting, dashboards, and analytics
 * Integrations and automation
 * System optimization and transformation initiatives
 * Proven ability to assess current-state environments and deliver scalable optimization strategies
 * Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and consulting capabilities
 * Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and execution levels

 * Business Process design - Workday: 6 years (Preferred)
 * International Business Processes in Workday: 6 years (Preferred)

## Description

* Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing Workday configurations, business processes, integrations, reporting frameworks, and security architecture
 * Identify system inefficiencies, operational gaps, and optimization opportunities across functional and technical domains
 * Design and implement scalable solutions that improve workflow efficiency, automation, data integrity, and user experience
 * Review and enhance governance models, security roles, access controls, and compliance-related processes
 * Evaluate current integrations and recommend improvements to support scalability, reliability, and operational effectiveness
 * Develop and optimize reports, dashboards, and analytics capabilities to support strategic and operational decision-making
 * Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Technology, Legal, and business stakeholders to align Workday capabilities with organizational objectives
 * Provide both strategic advisory support and hands-on configuration, testing, and implementation expertise
 * Lead or support change management activities, system testing, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
 * Establish best practices, governance standards, and sustainable operating models to ensure long-term platform health and scalability
