Able to define, communicate, test, and assure requirements throughout Chloe's shaping, planning, build, and deployment phases. * Regulatory Reporting specialist, with strong data and technical skills is preferred * Experience delivering regulatory change within the DEX ETRM would be a strong advantage. * Strong stakeholder engagement skills. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across formats and with stakeholders in different countries. * Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills. * Comfortable working in fast-moving, complex, and highly interdependent matrix environments, with the ability to create clarity and structure. * Able to explain complex ideas clearly and concisely, while understanding the perspectives and experiences of others. * Brings diversity of thought, speaks up with confidence, and constructively challenges senior stakeholders. * Proactively identifies and communicates potential issues to the right teams or stakeholders and follows them through to resolution. * Able to collaborate effectively and deliver high-quality output through virtual reporting lines., * A degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Science, Engineering, or IT is preferred; other degrees will be considered where supported by relevant experience in the energy trading industry. Advanced degrees are an advantage. * Substantial experience in a Regulatory Reporting environment, including strong knowledge of EMIR, REMIT and MAS business processes, policies, procedures, and controls * Strong understanding of Derivatives and Physical transaction in Energy Market is a must have. * Broad knowledge of the basic and complex products traded across the global Products business, including the underlying economics, pricing mechanisms, and how related data is used for reporting. * Ability to shape, articulate, and drive a strategic vision through to delivery, working with programme teams and leaders to define credible and pragmatic deployment plans. * Ability to embed change into the business so programme outcomes are sustained, using strong leadership, influence, training, persuasion, and communication.
