This role focuses on system uptime, monitoring, backups, and disaster recovery, ensuring that all production systems are resilient, recoverable, and operating efficiently. The engineer works hands-on in both Windows and Linux environments and plays a key role in system builds, restoration efforts, and infrastructure lifecycle management.
