Technical Familiarity: * Autodesk Civil 3D, AutoCAD, ACC / Bentley OpenRoads Designer, MicroStation. * Dynamo, Python, scripts, macros, or automation workflows. Big Plus: * Direct hands-on experience with Civil 3D; Civil engineering degree, EIT, or PE license. * Experience deploying AI agents, RAG systems, or LLM-powered workflow tools. * Experience working with LA-area agencies, local utilities, and regional design manuals. * Background in a fast-moving startup environment. ## Description We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, AI Design Automation to lead a new strategic product initiative focused on driving civil engineering design efficiency using AI. This is not a traditional desk-based product role. You will be embedded with our Los Angeles civil design team, working side-by-side with designers and engineers to turn repetitive, manual, expert-heavy design workflows (around Autodesk Civil 3D, AutoCAD, ACC, and related systems) into scalable, AI-assisted automation products. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, connecting roadmap decisions directly to delivery efficiency, project economics, and user adoption. What You'll Do * Own the AI Design Automation Product: Lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI-powered design efficiency tools. Translate complex engineering workflows into clear PRDs, user stories, and phased delivery plans. * Embed with Design Teams: Work day-to-day with the LA design team to observe real workflows in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and MicroStation. Turn expert judgment and informal processes into structured, repeatable product capabilities. * Build AI-Assisted Workflows: Guide the creation of AI wrappers, agents, and automations around existing Autodesk/Bentley ecosystems.
