This role is ideal for early-career network professionals who thrive in a fast-paced operations center and are passionate about maintaining network availability, resolving incidents, and supporting mission-critical infrastructure. As a member of the Network Operations Center, you will be responsible for monitoring enterprise network infrastructure, responding to system alerts, troubleshooting connectivity issues, documenting incidents, and escalating complex problems to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of network services.
