You'll own a portfolio of DoorDash's highest-value restaurant partnerships - accounts that do hundreds of millions in annual volume on our platform. At that scale, the technical strategy decisions you make compound into real business impact for both DoorDash and the partner. You are the technical strategist on these accounts. You'll pull apart complex problems - operational, technical, commercial - find the insight that changes the conversation, and build the case with data. Then you won't hand it off. You'll drive it through to a measurable result and own what happens next. You set the technical direction for your accounts - defining what good looks like and making sure we get there. No two accounts look the same. One week you're diagnosing why a partner's order volume dropped; the next you're presenting a growth roadmap to their Head of Digital. This is the role for someone who's tired of rotating off engagements and wants continuity - but not monotony. You'll build deep expertise in your partners' businesses over time, compound your impact quarter over quarter, and see the full arc from insight to outcome.
