* Betreuen und administrieren von Microsoft Windows Client- und Serverlandschaften sowie Virtualisierungstechnologien wie VMware, Hyper-V oder Proxmox
 * Einrichten und konfigurieren neuer Systeme und Nutzerumgebungen
 * Überwachen und pflegen von Backup- und Wiederherstellungsprozessen mit Lösungen wie Veeam und ähnlichen Tools
 * Analysieren von IT-Risiken und Mitwirken bei der Umsetzung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen inklusive Firewalls und Endpoint-Schutz
 * Unterstützen als 1st und 2nd Level Ansprechperson für Anwenderfragen und Hardwareprobleme
 * Dokumentieren von Systemkonfigurationen, Prozessen und Änderungen sowie Erstellen klarer Statusberichte
 * Abstimmen mit internen Schnittstellen aus Technik, Einkauf und Qualität und koordinieren externer Dienstleister
