## Description

* Concevoir et faire évoluer l'architecture des solutions d'intégration autour des plateformes :
 * MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
 * RabbitMQ
 * GoAnywhere
 * TradeXpress

 * Participer à la mise en œuvre des flux les plus complexes ou critiques.

Leadership technique

 * Encadrer techniquement les développeurs Integration
 * Assurer la montée en compétence des équipes
 * Garantir la capitalisation et la maîtrise interne des flux

Gouvernance et bonnes pratiques

 * Définir et promouvoir les standards :
 * développement
 * sécurité
 * monitoring
 * CI/CD

 * Participer à la gouvernance des plateformes avec les architectes et les équipes métiers.

Qualité et fiabilité

 * Assurer la qualité des livrables :
 * revues de code
 * tests
 * documentation

 * Identifier les axes d'amélioration de la plateforme
 * Mettre en place des plans de remédiation (3 / 6 / 9 mois)
 * Supporter la résolution des incidents critiques de production

 * Contribuer à l'animation du domaine Intégration:
 * documentation
 * formation
 * support aux équipes
 * veille technologique
 * gestion du backlog
