Formation supérieure en gestion de projet et/ou informatique (Ecole d'ingénieur, Master informatique ou expérience significative équivalente) Expérience confirmée en pilotage de projets et management Vision globale de l'informatique d'entreprise, sachant dialoguer aussi bien avec la direction qu'avec les utilisateurs Aisance relationnelle, leadership, rigueur et esprit d'analyse Goût pour le travail opérationnel autant que stratégique Expérience requise : 8?10 ans minimum en gestion de projets ou informatique d'entreprise, idéalement dans une PME ou ETI en croissance. Permis B indispensable (site non accessible en transport en commun)
Expérience exigée : 5 à 10 ans
Niveau d'étude souhaité : BAC +4/5

## Description

Accompagner les dirigeants dans le pilotage des projets de transformation, principalement informatiques et également tout autre sujet stratégique de l'entreprise (organisation de processus, déménagement de site, automatisation') - Encadrer, animer et faire grandir le technicien informatique en poste - Organiser les priorités du service informatique et superviser les prestataires - Développer et faire évoluer le système d'information, notamment par l'identification de gains possibles grâce aux nouvelles technologies - Assurer une veille permanente sur les innovations susceptibles d'apporter de la valeur - Développer une relation de proximité avec les différents services, proposer des améliorations et participer à la diffusion d'une culture d'amélioration continue - Intégrer le projet de migration en cours vers l'ERP Odoo
