To be considered, candidates should be able to demonstrate at least one of the following: * Previous experience in IT support, service desk or helpdesk environment * An IT-related qualification, apprenticeship or certification * Demonstrable hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies through projects, study or practical application In addition, candidates must possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach and a genuine desire to build a career in IT. Desirable Experience: * Exposure to Microsoft 365 technologies such as Azure, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint or Teams * Awareness of IT Service Management concepts such as Incident Management and Asset Management * Experience using ticketing or service desk tools * Previous customer-facing support experience You should be able to demonstrate the following skills: * Genuine interest in IT and technology * Strong communication and customer service skills * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems * Good organizational skills and attention to detail * Comfortable working independently and as part of a team ## Description We are looking for a motivated IT Support Technician. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone early in their IT career who is keen to develop their technical skills in a supportive environment.
