NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) is looking for a Data & Reporting Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team within Technology. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering accurate, timely and insight-driven reporting and analytics that support both operational and strategic decision-making across the organisation. Working in a structured Agile and DataOps environment, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Data Product Managers, Data Engineers, Data Governance colleagues and operational teams to develop trusted reporting solutions that deliver real business value. You'll be part of a collaborative team that is committed to continuous improvement, innovation and high-quality data services. This is a hybrid role, based in Leeds, with an expectation of attending the office 1 to 2 days per week. What you'll be doing: * Developing, maintaining and enhancing operational, tactical and strategic reports and dashboards. * Analysing business requirements and translating them into effective reporting and data solutions. * Extracting, transforming and validating data from multiple systems and data sources. * Performing data analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities and performance insights. * Supporting data quality monitoring, issue resolution, testing and validation activities for reporting solutions. * Contributing to reporting automation, continuous improvement initiatives, governance standards and Agile delivery processes.
