## About the Role

We're looking for someone who's naturally curious, technically minded and excited by new technology., * Experience in robotics, automation, field service engineering or industrial equipment.

 * Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical or software systems.
 * A passion for technology and continuous learning.
 * Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with customers.
 * Strong IT skills and experience using digital service management systems.
 * Excellent organisation and the ability to manage your own workload.
 * A full UK driving licence.
 * An understanding of basic electrical knowledge and motor drive control principles.
 * Experience with Linux platform is preferred.
 * An engineering qualification in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT or a related discipline is desirable but not essential.

## Description

We're looking for a Solutions Deployment Specialist to join our growing team. This is an exciting field-based role where you'll install, commission, support and optimise our fleet of robotic cleaning machines, helping customers unlock the full potential of automation., * Install, commission and optimise cleaning equipment at customer sites.

 * Carry out site surveys and support in recommending the best solution for each environment.
 * Configure robots, create cleaning routes and complete customer handovers.
 * Deliver operator training and ongoing technical support.
 * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues, aiming for first-time fixes.
 * Monitor performance and recommend improvements to maximise efficiency and customer success.
 * Work closely with Sales, Engineering and manufacturers to deliver innovative solutions.
 * Maintain accurate service records and manage van stock to ensure you're always ready for the next job.
