## Description

Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung einer vielseitigen On-Prem IT-Landschaft mit echten Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten. In dieser Rolle gestaltest du Stabilität und Sicherheit der Systeme aktiv mit und treibst Modernisierungen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen voran. Du arbeitest mit etablierten Infrastruktur- und Virtualisierungsplattformen sowie mit Skripting- und Sicherheitslösungen. Es erwarten dich klare Entwicklungspfade sowie Raum für fachliche Verantwortung und Praxisprojekte in einem technischen Arbeitsumfeld., * Betreust und administrierst zentral verwaltete Windows-Clients und die On-Prem Serverlandschaft

 * Pflegst und verteilst zentral verwaltete Software und verantwortest das Update- und Patchmanagement inklusive CVE-Bewertung
 * Planst, dokumentierst und leitest Infrastrukturprojekte von der Konzeption bis zur Übergabe
 * Überwachst Systemzustand und Netzwerkkomponenten und setzt Sicherheitsmaßnahmen um
 * Automatisierst wiederkehrende Aufgaben mittels PowerShell und vergleichbarer Skripte
 * Betreibst Virtualisierungsplattformen und optimierst Ressourcennutzung auf VMware/Proxmox-Systemen
 * Stimmst dich mit internen Schnittstellen aus Technik, Einkauf und Qualität ab und betreibst kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserung
