## About the Role

* Several years of professional experience in SAP HCM consulting
 * Strong knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Time Management, CATS, Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, or related submodules
 * Ability to understand complex HR processes and translate them into system solutions
 * Hands-on mentality with a structured, independent working style
 * Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with HR stakeholders
 * Fluent German skills; English is an advantage
 * Experience with modern SAP technologies (e.g., Fiori, S/4HANA) is a plus

## Description

In this role, you will support large-scale S/4HANA integration projects, future SuccessFactors transformations and contribute to the company's continued growth. You'll work within a dynamic IT team, collaborating with internal stakeholders across the DACH region and central SAP teams to deliver robust SAP HCM solutions.

Tasks

 * Support, maintain, and further develop the existing SAP HCM system landscape
 * Act as a key contact for HR and business stakeholders
 * Analyse requirements and translate them into functional SAP HCM solutions
 * Lead and contribute to SAP HCM projects, including enhancements and optimisations
 * Configure and customise SAP HCM modules, especially in the areas of Time Management and related processes
 * Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth HR-IT operations
 * Contribute to the ongoing digitalisation and modernisation of HR processes
