## About the Role

Do you have experience in Sales pipeline management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, Statistics or another computer-related field is required.

 * 5+ years of experience with ERP and/or CRM software. Sage 100 ERP, Sage X3, or Acumatica is a plus.
 * Superior interpersonal skills including communication, active listening, and customer service.
 * Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
 * Prior consulting experience with client-facing responsibilities
 * Ability to travel to client sites.
 * High business acumen, analytical skills and understanding of sales pipeline is a must.
 * Excellent presentation and listening skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts.
 * Strong relationship-building skills and overall comprehension (or willingness to learn) of sales cycles.
 * Knowledge of Financial Applications or complementary solutions is preferred.

The ideal candidate will hold a mixture of excellent communication skills, ERP experience, and business acumen. In this role, you will work directly with clients to define requirements, design, configure, train, implement, and support the solution. Through our collaborative environment and experienced team, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow quickly! Your ideas are welcomed here, enabling you to impact and contribute to both the organization and the success of our clients each day., * Analyze business processes and provide solutions using Sage ERP systems.

 * Interview customers to document their requirements.
 * Install, configure, and test the ERP system.
 * Perform data migrations.
 * Customize and configure the systems to integrate with multiple systems.
 * Provide professional user training and support.
 * Work effectively under time constraints, deadlines, and workloads with changing and multiple priorities.
