* First- und Second-Level-Support für alle IT-anwendungsrelevanten Fragen
 * Bearbeitung, Priorisierung und Dokumentation von Anfragen und Störungsmeldungen im Ticketsystem
 * Einrichten von Arbeitsplätzen und IT-seitige Onboarding der neuen Mitarbeitern
 * Kommunikation und Koordination mit Third-Level-Support
 * Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von IT-Serviceprozessen
 * Mitwirkung bei IT-Projekten
