## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Application Management, Business Application Support oder IT-Consulting
 * Erfahrung mit Business-Applikationen wie CRM-, ERP-, ECM/DMS- oder Workflow-Systemen

 * Erfahrung mit IT-Service-Management-Prozessen (Incident-, Problem-, Change- und Release-Management), idealerweise nach ITIL

## Description

In dieser Position übernimmst du die Verantwortung für den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung zentraler Business-Applikationen und arbeitest eng mit den Fachbereichen sowie externen Partnern zusammen., * Verantwortung für den stabilen, sicheren und effizienten Betrieb verschiedener Business-Applikationen über den gesamten Application Lifecycle

 * Übernahme der Rolle des IT Application Owners sowie Sicherstellung eines zuverlässigen Applikationsbetriebs
 * Betreuung des Second-Level-Supports inklusive Fehleranalyse und nachhaltiger Problemlösung
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen zur Aufnahme, Priorisierung und Umsetzung neuer Anforderungen
 * Planung und Koordination von Tests, Releases, Rollouts und Anwenderschulungen
 * Mitarbeit in IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten
 * Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Softwarepartner
 * Umsetzung von Anforderungen aus Informationssicherheit, Datenschutz und Compliance
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer sowie fachlicher Dokumentationen
