* Planung und Umsetzung individueller IT-Lösungen durch die Integration von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Administration von IT-Systemen
 * Analyse, Fehlerbehebung und Optimierung bestehender IT-Infrastrukturen
 * Beschaffung, Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Hard- und Software
 * Betreuung der Anwender im Rahmen des IT-Supports sowie technische Kundenberatung
 * Schulung und Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden im Umgang mit IT-Systemen
 * Umsetzung und Einhaltung von Datenschutzanforderungen
 * Betreuung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des unternehmenseigenen Intranets
