 * Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen im 2nd-Level-Support per Fernwartung, Telefon und vor Ort
 * Analyse und eigenständige Behebung technischer Störungen
 * Administration von Microsoft-Server- und Client-Systemen
 * Betreuung von Virtualisierungs- und Netzwerkinfrastrukturen
 * Dokumentation von Supportfällen und technischen Lösungen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit dem 1st- und 3rd-Level-Support zur nachhaltigen Fehlerbehebung
