 * Analysierst und optimierst Geschäftsprozesse gemeinsam mit Fachbereichen und dokumentierst die Ergebnisse
 * Koordinierst externe Dienstleister für Anpassungen, Releases und Integrationsaufgaben
 * Unterstützt Anwender im 1st/2nd-Level und führst bedarfsorientierte Schulungen durch
 * Sicherst den stabilen Systembetrieb inklusive Datenbankpflege und Schnittstellenüberwachung
