 * Aufbau klarer Strukturen, Prozesse und Verantwortlichkeiten im IT-Bereich
 * Steuerung zentraler Digitalisierungs- und Transformationsprojekte
 * Einführung und Weiterentwicklung eines modernen ERP-Systems auf Microsoft- Basis
 * Koordination externer IT-Dienstleister sowie Steuerung der Systemlandschaft
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen zur Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen
 * Perspektivische Integration weiterer internationaler Standorte in eine einheitliche IT-Struktur
Zu den aktuellen Projekten gehören u. a.:

 + Digitalisierung administrativer Prozesse
