## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Product demos?, * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field

 * Experience with laser cutting equipment, CNC machines, or sheet metal fabrication preferred
 * Knowledge of fiber laser cutting processes, materials, and CAD/CAM software
 * Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
 * Ability to travel for customer visits and onsite support
 * Proficient in English; Chinese language skills are a plus
 * Valid driver's license and ability to work in the U.S.

Preferred Experience

 * Experience with fiber laser cutting machines
 * Familiarity with nesting software and CNC programming
 * Background in metal fabrication or industrial machinery

## Description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Application Engineer - Laser Cutting Systems to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting customers with laser cutting applications, machine demonstrations, process optimization, technical training, and pre/post-sales support. The ideal candidate has experience in sheet metal fabrication, CNC laser cutting technology, and strong problem-solving skills., * Provide technical support for fiber laser cutting machines and related automation systems

 * Conduct machine demonstrations, sample testing, and application evaluations for customers
 * Optimize cutting parameters for different materials and thicknesses
 * Assist the sales team with technical presentations and customer consultations
 * Troubleshoot application and process-related issues remotely and onsite
 * Train customers on machine operation, maintenance, and software usage
 * Support installation, commissioning, and acceptance of equipment
 * Collaborate with engineering and service teams to improve customer satisfaction
 * Prepare technical reports, cutting data, and application documentation
