We are looking for a motivated and experienced IT Support professional (w/m/d) to join our team! Whether you're seeking part-time, full-time, or side-job opportunities, we welcome your application., What We Expect from You

 * Proficient or fluent in German (both spoken and written).
 * Prior experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
 * A strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
 * The ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.
 * Basic knowledge of networking and server management.
 * Being flexible, motivated, and eager to learn.
 * Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
 * Eligibility to live and work in Germany.

## Description

* Diagnose, repair, and maintain Windows and Mac desktop computers.
 * Perform basic laptop repairs.
 * Assist with Windows Server setup and management.
 * Configure and maintain WLAN networks.
 * Handle basic cabling setups.
 * Troubleshoot networking issues.
 * Perform hardware IT setups, including PCs and peripherals.
 * Set up email accounts.
 * Understand DNS and domain configuration.
 * Be able to travel to operation sites upon requirement.
