Communication & Collaboration: Ability to work respectfully and effectively with HR Manager and cross-functional teams. Applied in daily interactions and during high-pressure payroll cycles. Required Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's
degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in HR support, payroll assistance, or administrative roles. Experience with Paycom or similar HRIS platforms is highly desirable but not mandatory. No certifications required, but familiarity with payroll processes is a plus. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll & HRIS Support Specialist to assist our HR Manager with timekeeping, reporting, and system updates within Paycom. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes initiative, and has a strong sense of accuracy and accountability-especially during payroll cycles., Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
