Desired: * Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I or II), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), PMI-ACP, or similar advanced Agile certification. * Experience supporting government or DoW modernization initiatives, particularly in mission-critical / high-use systems. Working Conditions * Hybrid or remote with occasional travel for PI Planning, customer meetings, and team events. * Must be capable of guiding distributed teams and coaching in both virtual and in-person formats. ## Description CACI is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery within a fast-paced system modernization program. This role is responsible for guiding Agile teams in the adoption and execution of Scrum and SAFe practices, ensuring consistent delivery, monitoring performance metrics, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
