## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of professional experience or Master's Degree with 3 years of professional experience.
 * Active DoD Secret security clearance is required to start.
 * U.S. Citizenship is required.
 * Ability to work onsite is required.
 * Ability to travel, when needed, is required., * A strong experienced-based and academic foundation in Systems Engineering fundamentals.
 * Demonstrated experience in requirements decomposition, validation and verification.
 * Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical personnel.

## Description

Tasks may include assisting in the development and maintenance of requirements documentation, creating or updating interface control documents (ICDs), and contributing to system modeling and simulation activities to assess performance. The system engineer may also participate in design reviews, help track technical issues, and support test efforts such as test setup, test execution, and pre-test/post-test analysis. Additionally, the system engineer will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment across subsystems, could assist in identifying potential risks, and will help ensure the system meets program specifications and milestones.
