In this role, you will analyze workforce technology data to help identify opportunities to improve how employees interact with applications and systems across the organization. You will work with platforms that provide visibility into application performance, device health, and user experience, leveraging data and AI-driven insights to identify issues, measure impact, and improve productivity by enhancing the digital workplace experience. You will play a key role in supporting the connection between business needs and technology capabilities by helping teams proactively understand system performance, anticipate potential issues, and improve coordination across engineering and operations teams. This role contributes to strengthening how the organization manages change, reduces reactive issue resolution, and improves transparency and alignment across cross-functional partners.
