## About the Role

* Praktische Projekterfahrung mit Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio sowie der Entwicklung produktiver Copilot Studio Agents
 * Hands-on-Mentalität bei der Entwicklung und Konfiguration von Copilot Studio Agents
 * Erfahrungen mit Power Automate (inkl. Konnektoren, Actions und Integrationen), Kenntnisse in Dataverse und Power Apps sind von Vorteil
 * Gutes Verständnis für Microsoft 365 Dienste wie Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Graph API und Entra ID
 * Grundverständnis in den Bereichen Governance, Security, Berechtigungen und Compliance
 * Fähigkeit, fachliche Anforderungen in funktionierende Automatisierungs- und Agentenlösungen zu übersetzen
 * Erfahrung in Testing, Debugging sowie in der Dokumentation und Optimierung von Lösungen
 * Grundkenntnisse in Azure AI / Azure OpenAI sind wünschenswert
 * Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit klarem Fokus auf Lösungen und echten Mehrwert für unsere Kunden

## Description

* Du berätst unsere interne sowie externe Kunden bei Lösungen auf Basis von Microsoft Copilot Studio und übernimmst dabei sowohl die technische Umsetzung als auch die Architekturverantwortung für produktive Kunden- und Enterprise-Szenarien
 * Du gestaltest die Architektur von Agent-Lösungen aktiv mit und stellst eine saubere Struktur sowie zukunftssichere und wiederverwendbare Lösungen sicher.
 * Dabei verantwortest du die Umsetzung und Steuerung von Agent Actions, Flows und Tools im Rahmen der Lösungsentwicklung
 * Du implementierst Custom Connectors zur Anbindung externer Systeme (REST APIs, JSON, OAuth2, Microsoft Entra ID) und integrierst Copilot Studio in die Power Platform, insbesondere in Kombination mit Power Automate, Dataverse und Power Apps
 * Du stellst unseren Kunden Agents über Microsoft 365, insbesondere Microsoft Teams und SharePoint Online, als zentrale Interaktions-, Wissens- und Integrationskanäle bereit
 * Du berücksichtigst Compliance-Anforderungen und Power-Platform-Governance-Konzepte (z. B. Umgebungsstrategien und DLP-Richtlinien) und setzt aktuelle Security Best Practices im Copilot-Umfeld ein
 * Daneben nutzt du Azure-Dienste wie Functions, Logic Apps und API Management gezielt zur Unterstützung von Integration, Skalierung und Prozessautomatisierung
 * Du übernimmst technisches Sparring in Projekten (Reviews, Lösungsdesigns, PoCs, Übergaben) und gestaltest Best Practices sowie technische Standards für Copilot-Studio-Lösungen innerhalb der BTC Gruppe aktiv mit
