Dans le cadre du renforcement de ses équipes, Experis recherche un Technicien Support VIP anglophone pour intervenir auprès d'utilisateurs à forte exigence, au sein d'un environnement international et exigeant., * Assurer le support informatique de proximité auprès d'utilisateurs VIP

 * Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents matériels et logiciels
 * Gérer les demandes via tickets (incidents, requêtes, VIP priority)
 * Installer, configurer et maintenir les postes de travail et équipements IT
 * Accompagner les utilisateurs dans l'usage des outils informatiques
 * Garantir un haut niveau de service et une communication fluide en français et en anglais
