Skills & Competencies * Advanced analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills. * Deep expertise in Workday integration technologies (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs). * Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and business stakeholders. * Project management expertise, including Agile methodologies. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving environment. * Commitment to continuous improvement, professional development, and staying current with Workday releases. * Experience with reporting tools, data analysis, and integration monitoring. * Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus for global operations. ## Description The Workday Integration Specialist is a hands-on specialist responsible for designing, developing, and managing Workday integrations within the Financial Systems team. This role ensures seamless connectivity between Workday Financials and other platforms, driving operational excellence, data integrity, and compliance.
