## Description

We're looking for a highly organised People Administrator to join our People team and play a key role in supporting Retail Employee Relations across the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration skills and a genuine interest in developing a career in HR and Employee Relations. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, and take pride in providing accurate, confidential support, Responsible for managing ER administration, maintaining employee records, coordinating case documentation and updating trackers and reports, you'll play an important role in ensuring cases progress efficiently and colleagues receive a great level of support.

 * Managing the Employee Relations inbox and responding to queries in a timely manner.
 * Maintaining confidential employee records and ER case files.
 * Reviewing and issuing Employee Relations documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with process requirements.
 * Updating ER trackers and monitoring case progress to support timely case closure.
 * Producing and maintaining accurate ER data and reports.
 * Supporting monthly reporting and People team administration activities.
 * Working with stakeholders across Retail, People team and Third-party partners to ensure deadlines are met.
 * Exploring opportunities to improve processes and make the most of tools such as Copilot and AI.
 * Manage queries via shared inboxes and support a positive colleague experience.
 * Champion the Ann Summers values, acting as a role model in everything you do.
