 * Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Dokumentation der Service Prozesse
 * Pflege und Weiterentwicklung bestehender SharePoint Lösungen zur Organisation im globalen Service
 * Betreuung des bestehenden KPI Dashboards sowie Weiterentwicklung mit dem Serviceteam
 * Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung des Informationsmanagements (Wiki, SharePoint, etc.)
