This position will provide inventory management and tracking of FedEx shipments, boxing equipment for shipping, submitting tickets to show work performed, distribute peripherals to users, dispose of equipment as necessary, and work with Desktop and Computer Technicians on asset management. Primary Responsibilities: * Inventory Management Maintain accurate hardware inventory of computer assets and peripherals at the warehouse location and as they are transferred to storage facilities and office locations * Responsible for all outbound tracking for IT equipment related to remote employees OR remote sites Daily tracking of shipment status for equipment sent for new hires Report problematic statuses (not delivered, delivery exceptions) as necessary to ensure delivery Work with FedEx and Distribution Center personnel as needed for escalation * Ship out return boxes for equipment retrievals / recoveries related to terminated employees or malfunctioning equipment returns * ServiceNow Ticket Completion Work assigned tickets to meet turnaround time expectations.
