## About the Role

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and financial services sector, is seeking a Application Support Engineer to join their team. As a Application Support Engineer, you will be part of the IT Operations team supporting critical enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to technical challenges, which will align successfully in the organization., * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in IT or related field

 * Minimum 10 years of software development experience with Microsoft (.NET, C#) and/or Java technologies
 * At least 3 years of experience working with cloud platforms, particularly Azure
 * Strong troubleshooting skills, especially in diagnosing issues like blank screens and reducing impact
 * Experience reading and writing code, scripting, and automation using languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Linux shell scripting
