Preferred Qualifications * Deep technical proficiency in Splunk's core platform and AI capabilities, with demonstrated expertise across security and observability use cases that underpin Splunk's market leadership. * Experience in building agentic workflows for SOC, observability, or resilience operations use cases aligned to Splunk's Trusted AI and agent-lifecycle direction. * Knowledge of Cisco's security and networking portfolio, including how Cisco Data Fabric, XDR, ThousandEyes, and related controls connect to Splunk's security and observability story. * Familiarity with transformative buyer-change frameworks (operating-model, committee, and diagnostic selling) and comfort leading with customer change before platform depth in executive rooms. * Experience contributing to Cisco Live, .conf, or comparable flagship events as a technical storyteller or demo owner. * Active technical voice in the Splunk community - conf speaker, published reference architectures, or recognized practitioner in security/observability. * Excellent written and verbal communication-able to formulate crisp, outcome-led narratives that senior field experts will reuse globally. * Track record of partnering closely with Product Management and Engineering-converting technical roadmaps into field-ready stories while incorporating field signal without owning product prioritization. ## Description You will play a key role in helping Splunk's most strategic enterprise customers understand how progressive innovation in security, observability, and AI will reshape their organizations and in equipping Field CTOs, AI Solutions Architects, and senior specialists across the GSO with consistent, credible content to deliver that story.
