 * 12 years of knowledge of security best practices, NIST standards, and multi-tenancy applicability for a statewide ERP instance.
 * 12 years' experience working with the General Ledger/Commitment Control core module of PeopleSoft FSCM version 9.2
 * 10 years of extensive public sector experience, directly working for or supporting a large network (30 or more) of government agencies
 * 10 years of experience creating and managing a strategic roadmap by combining strong planning skills, functional insight, and effective cross-functional communication
 * 10 years of familiarity with support tools such as PUM, Fluid and Elastic Search
 * 10 years of experience performing functional project management activities in support of CPA's CAPPS program

## Description

CAPPS Financials Functional Leadership

 * Serve as the functional subject matter expert (SME) for CAPPS Financials modules, including:
 * General Ledger (GL)
 * Commitment Control (KK)
 * Cash Receipts (CR)
 * Project Costing (PC)
 * Provide module ownership, governance, and operational oversight.
 * Lead functional configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancement activities.
 * Support business process improvements and system optimization initiatives.
 * Coordinate module integrations with Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Asset Management, Inventory, and other CAPPS modules.

Production Support & Incident Management

 * Provide advanced Level 2 Service Desk support for statewide CAPPS users.
 * Resolve complex functional and technical issues while coordinating with Managed Services Tier 3 support vendors.
 * Participate in Major Incident Management (MIM) activities for Priority 1 and Priority 2 incidents.
 * Maintain incident documentation and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
 * Support Disaster Recovery testing and operational readiness exercises.
