## Description

Administration & Exploitation

Administrer les infrastructures Microsoft.

Assurer le maintien en conditions opérationnelles (MCO) des environnements Active Directory, Microsoft 365 et ADFS.

Garantir la disponibilité, les performances et la sécurité des services.

Prendre en charge les incidents complexes de niveau 3.

Réaliser les opérations de maintenance et les demandes de changement.

Ingénierie & Projets

Participer aux projets d'évolution des infrastructures Microsoft.

Réaliser les montées de version des domaines Active Directory.

Concevoir et déployer les évolutions techniques.

Contribuer au renforcement de la sécurité des infrastructures.

Apporter votre expertise technique aux équipes projets.

Documentation & Amélioration Continue

Rédiger les dossiers d'architecture technique.

Élaborer les procédures d'installation et d'exploitation.

Maintenir la documentation technique.

Assurer le reporting des activités RUN et BUILD.

Documenter les changements et interventions.
