You'll work directly with the CTO and own the most complex technical challenges in the company. You can go from architecture discussions in the morning to shipping code in the afternoon and build scalable and reliable systems, and raise the bar across the engineering team. Every stage of growth creates new constraints to solve. If you're motivated by complexity, ownership and speed, you'll likely enjoy this role. About You Academic background: Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering , or a related technical field. Technical expertise: Proven experience building and launching entirely new products Creating engineering systems that allow us to move faster and scale without increasing complexity. Hands-on experience improving app performance and reliability across millions of users. Capable of solving the most complex technical challenges in our systems. Experience migrating critical infrastructure and redesigning core platform services. Experience with a range of
